Teresa’s Vineyard, the site of the 2012 NW Natural Street of Dreams, is designed to be a secluded new home community away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located 12 miles south of Portland in the upscale community of West Linn, Teresa’s Vineyard is a 12-acre community nestled in the hills among trees and rivers. It is, without a doubt, one of the most desirable places to live in the Portland area.

Our homes in the area feature large windows that provide picturesque views of the surrounding wooded areas. The community has a quiet, private feel without sacrificing highway accessibility. It’s a place where you can truly have the best of both worlds.

Many of the state’s recreational activities are less than two hours from Teresa’s Vineyard: The breathtaking Oregon coastline, the Columbia Gorge, the Oregon Cascades, and the awe-inspiring Mount Hood.

Students in Teresa’s Vineyard attend schools in the West Linn-Wilsonville school district. West Linn High school is a short drive from Teresa’s Vineyard and was awarded the silver ranking from World Report’s 2010 America’s Best High Schools survey. The school also has a successful athletics program.
